With caring and attention to detail, we serve business lunches & events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, private parties, anniversaries, birthdays, baby showers, and anytime people want great foods & service! We help people to feel like guests at their own parties!

I got started over 20 years ago when I discovered that it was a great distraction from my normal work in the high-tech computer industry. Since then, I have prepared great meals for 2 to over 600 people here in Lancaster County and the surrounding area.

With my wife Sue, I have done Kansas City Barbecue Society competitions including the world's largest in 1999, The American Royal in Kansas City. We placed 33rd in ribs and 76th overall against 385 of the BEST IN THE WORLD!!

In addition to the delicious barbecue, I also offer gourmet meals like Prime Rib, Southern Comfort turkey, seafood pasta, and over 30,000 more mouth-watering choices... something for everyone's special event!
